Added support for OpenBSD 3.2 and its kernel trace file. Improved lsof help (-h) and version (-v) information reporting. Upgraded True 64 UNIX support to the 5.1B release. Fixed a FreeBSD 4.7 and above off-by-two UNIX domain socket path termination bug.
