Simple denial of service attack against Windows98/95 Machines - Sends random spoofed ICMP packets similar to a weaker protocol as of ssping or jolt.

DoS attack - sends random Icmp unreachable packets from random ip#'s, resulting in a basic lock up on all windows platforms, BSD, RedHat, Slackware, maybe others.
