DESCRIPTION:
AutoSec Tools has discovered multiple vulnerabilities in Support
Incident Tracker, which can be exploited by malicious people to
conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
Input passed via the "url" parameter to
lib/magpierss/scripts/magpie_debug.php and
lib/magpierss/scripts/magpie_simple.php, "rss_url" parameter to
lib/magpierss/scripts/magpie_slashbox.php, and "ax" parameter to
feedback.php is not properly sanitised before being displayed to the
user. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code,
which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an
affected site.
The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 3.62. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
