DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in IP.Board, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The security issue is caused due to the application not checking for
authentication when viewing topic titles, which can be exploited to
view topic titles in password protected forums.

The security issue is reported in versions prior to 3.1.4.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
