DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Lomtec ActiveWeb Professional,
which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable
system.
The vulnerability is caused due to the EasyEdit.cfm script allowing
the upload of arbitrary files to a folder inside the web root. This
can be exploited to upload arbitrary files and e.g. execute arbitrary
CFM code.
The vulnerability is reported in version 3.0. Other versions may also
be affected.
SOLUTION:
Filter malicious characters or character sequences via a proxy.
