DESCRIPTION:
Aliaksandr Hartsuyeu has discovered some vulnerabilities in Easy
Banner, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct
cross-site scripting and SQL injection attacks.

1) Input passed via the "siteurl" and "urlbanner" parameters to
index.php is not properly sanitised before being returned to the
user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code
in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

2) Input passed via the "username" and "password" parameters to
member.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL
queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting
arbitrary SQL code.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability allows bypassing the
authentication mechanism, but requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is
disabled.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
