DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in FreeBSD, which can be exploited
by malicious, local users to bypass certain security restrictions.
The vulnerability is caused due to the "setusercontext()" function in
lib/libutil/login_class.c applying certain user settings while it's
running with the privileges of another user. This can be exploited to
e.g. change certain restricted resource limits by creating a specially
crafted "~/.login_conf" file and logging in via e.g. OpenSSH.
SOLUTION:
Fixed in the CVS repository.
