DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in the Rotor Banner module
for Drupal, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct
script insertion attacks.
Input passed via the "srs", "title", and "alt" parameters while
creating or editing a rotor item is not properly sanitised before
being displayed to the user. This can be exploited to insert
arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site.
Successful exploitation requires "create rotor item" or "edit any
rotor item" permission.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 6.x-2.5 and
5.x-1.8.
SOLUTION:
Update to the latest version.
