DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in the SpamAssassin Milter
Plugin, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a
vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to input not being properly sanitised
in the "mlfi_envrcpt" function in spamass-milter.cpp before using it
in a call to "popen()", which can be exploited to inject and execute
arbitrary shell commands.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 0.3.1. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Use another product.
