DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Oracle WebLogic Server, which
can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The vulnerability is caused due to an improper authentication
mechanism within the "Node Manager" process (beasvc.exe) and can be
exploited to invoke certain commands on an affected system.
The vulnerability is reported in version 10.3.2. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Restrict network access to the "Node Manager" service (by default
port 5556/TCP).
