DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Ruby on Rails, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.
The vulnerability is caused due to the "strip_tags" function not
properly removing tags starting with non-printable characters, which
can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a
user's browser session in context of an affected site.
SOLUTION:
Fixed in the GIT repository.

Reportedly, the fixed version 2.3.5 will be released shortly.
