phpMyFAQ Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in phpMyFAQ, which can be exploited
by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

Certain input passed to an unspecified parameter in the search page
is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can
be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 2.0.17 or 2.5.2.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 2.0.17 or 2.5.2.
