DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Sun Solaris, which can be
exploited by malicious, local users to bypass certain security
restrictions or gain escalated privileges.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the Solaris Trusted
Extensions Common Desktop Environment (CDE). This can be exploited to
execute arbitrary commands with root privileges or bypass the
Mandatory Access Control (MAC) policy.
The vulnerability is reported in Solaris 10 for both the SPARC and
x86 platforms.
SOLUTION:
Apply patches.

Apply patch 126365-15 and 139620-01 or later.
-- x86 Platform --
Solaris 10:
Apply patch 126366-15 and 139621-01 or later.
