DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in SILC Client, which can
potentially be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's
system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a format string error in
lib/silcclient/client_entries.c and can potentially be exploited to
execute arbitrary code on an affected system.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.1.8.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.1.8.
