TITLE:
TWiki Cross-Site Request Forgery Vulnerabilities
SECUNIA ADVISORY ID:
SA34880
VERIFY ADVISORY:
http://secunia.com/advisories/34880/
DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in TWiki, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site request forgery
attacks.
The application allows users to perform certain actions via HTTP
requests without performing any validation checks to verify the
requests. This can be exploited to e.g. update wiki pages when a
logged in user visits a malicious web page.
SOLUTION:
Version 4.3.1 forbids HTTP GET requests, but exploitation is still
possible via HTTP POST requests.
Do not browse untrusted sites while being logged in to TWiki.
