DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Precidia Ether232, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the
processing of GET requests sent to the embedded web server and can be
exploited to trigger a memory corruption.
The vulnerability is reported in Precidia Ether3201-232 firmware
version 3.00.250 and Precidia Ether232 Duo firmware version 5.00.02.
Other versions may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Restrict web server access.
