TITLE:

SECUNIA ADVISORY ID:
SA34203
VERIFY ADVISORY:
http://secunia.com/advisories/34203/
DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in PHortail, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed to the "pseudo", "email", "ti", and "txt" parameters in
poster.php is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be
exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be
executed in a user's browser session in the context of an affected
site when the malicious post is viewed.
The vulnerabilities are reported in version 1.2.1. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
