DESCRIPTION:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in Calendarix Basic, which can
be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed to the "login" parameter in cal_login.php and
admin/cal_login.php is not properly sanitised before being used in
SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by
injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is
disabled.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 0.8.20080808. Other
versions may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Set "magic_quotes_gpc" to "On".
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
