DESCRIPTION:
Luigi Auriemma has reported a vulnerability in World in Conflict,
which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to a NULL pointer dereference error
when handling certain packets and can be exploited to crash the
server via a specially crafted packet sent to default port
48000/TCP.
The vulnerability is reported in version 1.008. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Only play multi-player games on trusted, local networks.
