DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Ability Mail Server, which
potentially can be exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS
(Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when
processing certain IMAP4 commands with malformed number list ranges
and can be exploited to cause the application to crash.
An error when changing messages to a blank string, which can cause
the application to crash, has also been reported.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 2.61.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 2.61.
