DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in NuFW, which can potentially be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error within the
"samp_send()" function in nuauth/sasl.c when calling
"sasl_encode64()". This can potentially be exploited to cause a
heap-based buffer overflow with three bytes.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 2.2.7.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 2.2.7.
