DESCRIPTION:
Mu Security has reported a vulnerability in the Helix DNA Server,
which can potentially be exploited by malicious people to compromise
a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when processing
RTSP commands. This can be exploited to cause a heap-based buffer
overflow by sending a RTSP command containing multiple "Require"
headers to the affected server.
Successful exploitation may allow the execution of arbitrary code.
The vulnerability is reported in 11.x versions prior to 11.1.4.
SOLUTION:
Reportedly fixed in version 11.1.4.
