DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Mambo LaiThai, which can
be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and
SQL injection attacks.

Input passed to the "usercookie[password]" cookie parameter in
includes/mambo.php is not properly sanitised before being used in a
SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by
injecting arbitrary SQL code.

This is related to SA22221.

A cross-site scripting vulnerability has also been reported.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 4.5.4 with Security
Patch2. Prior versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Apply Security Patch 3.
