DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in NetBSD, which can be exploited
by malicious, local users to gain knowledge of potentially sensitive
information.
The vulnerability is caused due to the bridge ioctl calls not zeroing
out used stack memory, which may expose random portions of kernel
memory to a calling process.
SOLUTION:
Fixes are not available for the 1.6 branch. Upgrade to a later
version for which fixes are available (see vendor advisory for
additional information).
