DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Novell NetWare / Open
Enterprise Server, which potentially can be exploited by malicious
people to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerabilities are caused due to NILE.NLM allowing clients to
establish SSL connections that use no encryption or using weak
ciphers. This can potentially be exploited in "man-in-the-middle"
attacks to force a client and a server to negotiate a less secure SSL
connection.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in the following products:
* Novell Open Enterprise Server (OES)
* Novell NetWare 6.5

SOLUTION:
The vulnerabilities have reportedly been fixed in the updated version
of NILE.NLM in NILE65SPP5A.EXE.
