Red Hat Security Advisory 2019-3391-01 - Libreswan is an implementation of IPsec and IKE for Linux. IPsec is the Internet Protocol Security and uses strong cryptography to provide both authentication and encryption services. These services allow you to build secure tunnels through untrusted networks such as virtual private network. A missing integrity check has been addressed.

An update for libreswan is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.

Libreswan is an implementation of IPsec and IKE for Linux. IPsec is the
Internet Protocol Security and uses strong cryptography to provide both
authentication and encryption services. These services allow you to build
secure tunnels through untrusted networks such as virtual private network
(VPN).

The following packages have been upgraded to a later upstream version:
libreswan (3.29). (BZ#1738853)

* libreswan: vulnerability in the processing of IKEv1 informational packets
due to missing integrity check (CVE-2019-10155)
