DESCRIPTION:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in Novell GroupWise Client,
which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's
system.
1) Some unspecified errors can be exploited to dereference untrusted
pointers.
2) An unspecified error exists within an ActiveX control.
Successful exploitation of the vulnerabilities may allow execution of
arbitrary code.
The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to 8.0.3 Hot Patch
2 and 2012 SP1 Hot Patch 1 running on Windows.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 8.0.3 Hot Patch 2 (or later) or 2012 SP1 Hot Patch
1.
