DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in some Cisco Unified IP Phone
models, which can be exploited by malicious people with physical
access to compromise a vulnerable device.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the kernel when
validating certain system calls and can be exploited via an untrusted
application.
Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code with
kernel privileges but requires that access to the AUX port is
enabled.
