DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in Microsoft Windows, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The security issue is caused due to the IP-HTTPS component not
properly validating the certificates, which can lead to a revoked
certificate being considered as valid.
