DESCRIPTION:
Vulnerability Lab has reported two vulnerabilities in ManageEngine
Exchange Reporter Plus, which can be exploited by malicious people to
conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

Input passed to the "searchText" POST parameter in
exchange/SearchReports.do (when "methodToCall" is set to
"searchReports") and "reportCategoryID" parameter in
exchange/ReportsIndex.do (when "selectedTab" is set to "reports") is
not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be
exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site.

The vulnerabilities are reported in version 4.1 build 4141. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
No official solution is currently available.
