DESCRIPTION:
Janek Vind has discovered multiple vulnerabilities in
phpMyBitTorrent, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct
SQL injection attacks and by malicious people to disclose sensitive
information and conduct cross-site scripting and SQL injection
attacks.

1) An error due to the application not restricting access to
"cache/cache_newestmemberblock.txt" can be exploited to disclose
sensitive information e.g. users credential.

2) Input passed via multiple parameters and scripts is not properly
sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to
manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

List of affected scripts and parameters:

3) Input passed via the "shotuser" parameter to ajax.php (when "op"
is set to "view_shout") is not properly sanitised before being used
in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by
injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires the shout
privileges.

4) Input passed via multiple parameters and scripts is not properly
sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to
execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in
context of an affected site.
