DESCRIPTION:
Ubuntu has issued an update for gnupg and gnupg2. This fixes a
security issue, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct
spoofing attacks.

The security issue is caused due to the application using a short ID
when downloading keys from a key server and can potentially be
exploited by providing a malicious key with colliding short ID via a
key server.
