DESCRIPTION:
SUSE has issued an update for quota. This fixes a security issue,
which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The security issue is caused due to rquotad improperly verifying
hosts in the "good_client()" function (quota-tools/rquota_svc.c) and
can be exploited to bypass certain TCP wrapper host access
restrictions.

Apply updated packages via the zypper package manager.
