DESCRIPTION:
Alcyon has reported some vulnerabilities in Conceptronic CH3ENAS
devices, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain
security restrictions.
The vulnerabilities are caused due to the web management interface
relying on client side authentication via JavaScript. This can be
exploited to bypass the authentication mechanism and login as an
administrative user.
The vulnerabilities are reported in firmware version 2.4.11 and
3.0.8. Other versions may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Reportedly fixed in version 2.4.13 and 3.0.12. Contact the vendor for
