DESCRIPTION:
Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in LetoDMS, which can be
exploited by malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks and
by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and request
forgery attacks.
1) Input passed via the "referuri" parameter to out/out.Login.php and
the "showtree" parameter to out/out.ViewDocument.php,
out/out.FolderNotify.php, out/out.FolderAccess.php, and
out/out.EditFolder.php is not properly sanitised before being
returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML
and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected
site.
2) Input passed via the "Name" field when updating account details
and via the "Name" and "Comment" fields when creating a new calendar
event is not properly sanitised before being displayed to the user.
This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which
will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected
site when the malicious data is viewed.
3) The application allows users to perform certain actions via HTTP
requests without performing any validity checks to verify the
requests. This can be exploited to e.g. change a user's password if a
logged-in user visits a malicious web site.
The vulnerabilities are reported in version 3.3.6. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 3.3.7.
