DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in EMC Lifeline, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The security issue is caused due to the appliance not properly
validating access rights and can be exploited to gain access to
otherwise restricted shares.
Successful exploitation requires that remote access including
port-forwarding is enabled.
