DESCRIPTION:
Matthew Joyce has discovered some vulnerabilities in ConcourseSuite,
which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct script insertion
attacks and by malicious people to conduct cross-site request forgery
attacks.

1) The application allows users to perform certain actions via HTTP
requests without performing proper validity checks to verify the
requests. This can be exploited to e.g. change access roles of a user
when a logged-in administrative user visits a specially crafted web
page.

2) Input passed via multiple parameters and multiple scripts is not
properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert
arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site if malicious data is
viewed.

List of affected scripts and parameters:

http://<host>/crm/ExternalContacts.do?nameFirst&nameLast&company

http://<host>/crm/MyCFSProfile.do?address1state

The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 6.1 (20120209). Prior
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 6.2 (20120806).
