DESCRIPTION:
Ubuntu has issued an update for openssl. This fixes a security issue,
which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions in an application using the library.
The security issue is caused due to the SSL_OP_NO_TLSv1_1 OpenSSL
option incorrectly being set when setting the SSL_OP_NO_TLSv1_1
option, subsequently disabling the e.g TLS 1.1 protocol for an
application.
SOLUTION:
Apply updated packages.
