DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in IBM Cognos Express, which can be
exploited by malicious people to potentially compromise a vulnerable
system.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the ICAS Admin Server
component.

SOLUTION:
Apply interim fixes when available or upgrade to version 10.1 (please
