DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Cisco Small Business
SRP520 / SRP540 series, which can be exploited by malicious users to
compromise a vulnerable system and by malicious people to bypass
certain security restrictions.
1) An error when processing certain HTTP requests via the web
interface can be exploited to inject and execute arbitrary commands.
2) An error due to missing authentication checks when processing
certain web requests can be exploited to upload a configuration
file.
3) An error within the Local TFTP application when handling file
upload requests can be exploited to upload files to arbitrary
directories via directory traversal attacks.
The vulnerabilities are reported in the following products and
versions:
* Cisco Small Business SRP521W, SRP526W, and SRP527W running firmware
versions prior to 1.1.26.
* Cisco Small Business SRP521W-U, SRP526W-U, and SRP527W-U running
firmware versions prior to 1.2.4.
* Cisco Small Business SRP541W, SRP546W, and SRP547W running firmware
versions prior to 1.2.4.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.1.26 or 1.2.4.
