DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in KingView, which can be exploited
by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the
nettransdll.dll module of the HistorySvr component. This can be
exploited to cause a heap-based buffer overflow via a specially
crafted packet sent to TCP port 777.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.

The vulnerability is reported in version 6.53 (65.30.2010.18018).
Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Apply patch.
