DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Office, which can be
exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.
The vulnerability is caused due to the Microsoft Pinyin (MSPY) Input
Method Editor (IME) for Simplified Chinese unsafely exposing certain
configuration options, which can be exploited to execute arbitrary
code with kernel-mode privileges.
NOTE: Microsoft Pinyin IME is installed by default with Office 2010
Chinese edition. It is an optional component for other language
versions.
