DESCRIPTION:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in JBoss AS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and
request forgery attacks.
1) Certain input passed via the administration console to the message
center is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user.
This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a
user's browser session in context of an affected site.
2) The administration console allows users to perform certain actions
via HTTP requests without performing any validity checks to verify the
requests. This can be exploited to perform certain unspecified actions
by tricking a logged in administrator into visiting a malicious web
site.
The vulnerabilities are reported in version 7.02. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Fixed in the GIT repository.
