DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Ruby on Rails, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.
Certain input passed to the translate helper method is not properly
sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to
execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in
context of an affected site.
Successful exploitation requires that rails_xss plugin is used.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 3.0.11 and 3.1.2
SOLUTION:
Update to version 3.0.11 or 3.1.2.
