DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Pantech Link, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct spoofing attacks.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error when validating the
"basicConstraints" parameter of certificates in the certificate
chain. This can be exploited to spoof certificates of arbitrary
domains and disclose encrypted information e.g. using a
Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attack.
SOLUTION:
Do not rely on the security provided by SSL when using the browser.
