DESCRIPTION:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in HP WebOS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and
script insertion vulnerabilities.
1) Certain unspecified input related to the contacts application is
not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be
exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in context of an
affected device.
2) Certain unspecified input related to the calender application is
not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to
insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in
context of an affected device when the malicious data is being
viewed.
The vulnerabilities are reported in version 3.0.0.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 3.0.2.
