DESCRIPTION:
MustLive has discovered multiple vulnerabilities in the Register Plus
Redux plugin for WordPress, which can be exploited by malicious people
to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
Input passed via the "user_login", "user_email", "first_name",
"last_name", "aim", "yahoo", "jabber", "about", "password", and
"invitation_code" parameters to wp-login.php (when "action" is set to
"register") is not properly sanitised before being returned to the
user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code
in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 3.7.3. Other versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
