DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been discovered in MyNews, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The security issue is caused due to access to the enabled FCKeditor
component not being restricted. This can be exploited to upload files
of certain types by directly accessing the component's upload page.

The security issue is confirmed in version 1.6.5. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to the "FCKeditor/editor/filemanager/upload/"
directory (e.g. via .htaccess).
