DESCRIPTION:
A weakness has been reported in Zend Framework, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security features.
The weakness is caused due to the framework not correctly propagating
the character set used by the database to underlying components, which
can be exploited to bypass the filtering mechanism and e.g. conduct
SQL injection attacks.
Note: This does not affect configurations using ASCII-compatible
encodings (e.g. UTF8 or latin1).
The weakness is reported in versions prior to 1.10.9 and 1.11.6.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.10.9 or 1.11.6 and PHP version 5.3.6 or higher.
