The VUPEN Vulnerability Research Team discovered a critical vulnerability in Microsoft Windows. The vulnerability is caused by an integer overflow error in the GDI+ library when parsing certain values within a EMF image file, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise a vulnerable system by tricking a user into visiting a specially crafted web page.

II. DESCRIPTION
---------------------

VUPEN Vulnerability Research Team discovered a critical vulnerability
in Microsoft Windows.

The vulnerability is caused by an integer overflow error in the GDI+ library
when parsing certain values within a EMF image file, which could be
exploited
by attackers to compromise a vulnerable system by tricking a user into
visiting
a specially crafted web page.
